Jessica Bush, MHA, RN, BSN, CPXP, CAPA, CPC is the Founder and CEO of Real Change RN Consulting. She is a Certified Ambulatory Peri-Anethesia Registered Nurse, a Certified Patient Experience Professional, and a Certified Maxwell Leadership Educator, Facilitator and Executive Coach with over 20 years of leadership and nursing experience. As a Patient Experience Specialist, her unique perspective allows her to combine expert clinical practice with patient expectations and leadership strategies to create sustainable action plans that actually work.
